da capo was established in 2007 after returning from a year abroad living in Italy immersing myself in the culture of espresso and the Italian bar. I fell in love with the ritual of coffee, especially the social aspect where casual conversations were had many times a day over an espresso.
The pandemic has forced me to adapt to the current reality after having been forced to close down my recently opened business of one and half years.
