Made with white Trebbiano grape must, our peach balsamic is crisp with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from northern Italy. Extremely adaptable, it can be paired with any of our extra virgin olive oils, as well as our flavoured oils to make a light, fresh vinaigrette. Add flavour to your morning by mixing 2 tablespoons into your oatmeal and sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour over ice and add soda water for a refreshing summer drink.
